Order Processing

All in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of when your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by tracking information once it ships.

Pre-Orders

Some items are offered as pre-orders with specific production timelines:

  • Apparel Pre-Orders: Typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the order date.
  • Snowboard Pre-Orders: Estimated to ship within 3–4 months, depending on production and seasonal release timing.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available — unless you contact us to arrange separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on location and delivery speed. Standard shipping times are typically 2–5 business days within the U.S. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our store.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for lost packages or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can help file a claim and make it right.

Holiday & Peak Season

During peak seasons (holiday sales, product drops, or winter release periods), shipping and fulfillment times may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated on any unexpected delays.
